Warhammer Online Moderators check information flowing through the web site for quality and appropriateness. Several social networking processes include a step during which a human moderator must review and approve content before it is distributed, such as the posting of new content. Each game the MMOSocial supports may have many different moderators, each responsible for monitoring a specific set of information.

• Moderating email sent to a protected mailing list
• Approving new and updated Blog and Wall entries
• Approving new membership applications
• Moderating content for appropriateness that adheres to the Terms and Conditions of MMOSocial
• Validating Guild Leader or Guild Master legal owner with members
• Maintaining server names
• Active participation in the MMOSocial community
